Valid only in the United States and Canada

ITW Linx wire routing products are warranted for a period of one year from the date of delivery to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

1. REMEDY: During the warranty period ITW Linx will replace, repair or refund the purchase price of defective products that are installed properly, proven to be defective, and have not been altered or repaired by anyone other than ITW Linx.

2. WARRANTY LIMITATIONS: This warranty does not include, nor does ITW Linx assume responsibility for, defects or damage caused by misuse, abuse, alterations, or failure to use the product in a normal and proper manner. As a condition of the warranty, the purchaser must, within the warranty period, provide ITW Linx with written notice of any claim and return the product prepaid in accordance with Linx written instructions. In addition, at the request of ITW Linx, the purchaser must provide proof of purchase date and price. The remedy above is the exclusive remedy. ITW LINX SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Under no circumstances does the warranty cover damage to connected equipment or costs of business interruption caused by such damage.

3. STATE LAWS: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Additional Warranty Limitation for Purchasers other than Consumers.

THE ABOVE WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, AND SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDES ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
