Valid only in the United States and Canada

ITW Linx warrants to the original purchaser that ITW Linx surge protection products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Lifetime means the period between purchase and the date product sacrifices itself, including fusible elements, and electrically disconnects the line source of power or surge energy from the protected equipment.

1. REMEDY: During the warranty period ITW Linx will replace, repair or refund the purchase price of defective products that are installed properly, proven to be defective, and have not been altered or repaired by anyone other than ITW Linx.

2. WARRANTY LIMITATIONS: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser, and is not transferable. This warranty does not include, nor does ITW Linx assume responsibility for, defects or damage caused by misuse, abuse, alterations, or failure to use the product in a normal and proper manner. As a condition of the warranty, the purchaser must provide proof of purchase date and price. The remedy above is the exclusive remedy. ITW LINX SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Under no circumstances does the warranty cover damage to connected equipment or costs of business interruption caused by such damage.

3. STATE LAWS: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Additional Warranty Limitation for Purchasers other than Consumers

THE ABOVE WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, AND SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDES ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
