ITW Linx Introduces 3 new Surge Protection Products for Security Camera Installations

Carol Stream, Illinois - November, 2008 - Continuing its leadership in the lightning and surge protection products for the telecom, datacom, AC/DC power and security protection markets, ITW Linx offers the first and only UL Listed secondary and indepent lab verified 1Gb performance rated products in the market.

The new SecureLinx 1Gb Secondary module from ITW Linx is the next generation solution in protection for critical network and security systems from lightning and other surge events.

The SecureLinx 1Gb product is UL Listed as a Secondary Protection device per UL 497A standard. Input/Output connections are 110 punch-down type terminations and the circuit is 100% solid-state with the fastest reaction time available.
